(1) Kangana Ranaut will be the Showstopper at the 2nd BeYu Fashion Awards 2010 event, which is produced & directed by Maverick Productions, Film and Entertainment Company.
The two day fashion extravaganza 'The BeYu Fashion Awards 2010' ceremony being held on November 19 and 20, 2010 in the IT hub Bangalore will witness showcasing of latest collections of young well known designers from India and abroad. International Make-Up artist Diego Schober adorns models with BeYu cosmetics.
(2) She is paired opposite Ram Vilas Paswan Son Chirag in his debut film One and Only, will have a deja vu of sorts on the sets as she is essaying the role of a model - a character that gave her much recognition in Director Madhur Bhandarkar Bollywood Hit Movies 2010 name Fashion. She was the first and last choice for the role and is looking fantastic in her glam avatar. She and Chirag's chemistry is quite good too.

As per Shailja Kejriwal who is EVP Content, NDTV Imagine said during the launch of the show that, “‘Patni, Patni Aur Woh promises to be an emotional rollercoaster through many unique situations, each handled differently by the various couples!.”
